I bought a boat today

Hello everyone. Well I bought a boat today. 2023 R27 from the factory. I am trying to get delivery scheduled for end of this month so I can have it for Labor Day. We will be based out of Edmonds once our waitlist is up, until then we have a slip in Elliot Bay. I have been stalking this site for some time and thought I would say hi.

Congrats!! I was in both Elliott Bay and Edmonds. EB is a five star resort but Edmonds is the best marina in the PNW! I was there three years before I decided to keep the boat on my dock in Port Ludlow. This site is the first place I go to when troubleshooting- its an invaluable resource.

The staff at the office was telling me about the trip. This year is booked with soccer tournaments. We have 2 kids 12 and 9. Next year it sounds really fun.

Our current(I guess soon to be previous) boat has been kept at edmonds for the past 5 years. EB was the only marina in the area with availability, 20 slips to choose from.

Welcome aboard. We joined the Ranger Tug family back in ‘22 and have found this group as well as our new marina family to be gracious and kind.
Enjoy your new boat, lots of info available on this forum, I have learned tons and continue to follow for new info.
As for marina’s, not sure if your a south or north of Edmonds, Everett currently is showing a number of open 28 foot slips and if you want a bigger one, which the next would be a 32 the wait is showing as only a couple months.
Lots of upgrades, new restaurants and a calendar of events, concerts (free) during the summer months.
We do love the waterfront in Edmonds so you can’t go wrong.
