ideas needed for 2018 Ranger OB

Hi everyone , Just sold my R27 and bought a 27 OB 300 hp Suzuki . Have not got boat yet . Ideas for Aux. motor bracket for 6 hp outboard ? Storage when not on dinghy and for possible get me home power ? ---will a 10 kg Rocna anchor fit the bow pulpit ? --- What position do you run the 300 hp OB on the trailer , down the road ? Transom saver extension thing ? worried about transom stress .----- What else works and doesn't work , in your experiences with the OB version . thanks

We have a '19, R27 OB. Cruises at 25mph, tops at 40 mph, as RELIABLE & smooth as any car-engine (V6). Don't thiMk a 6hp kicker would even move a 9000lb. Tug home...maybe to closest hole/shore? Ok for a dingy but storage (unless on davits) will be an issue: not much room up top with solar panel, etc. Most get a Kayak or small inflatable.
Trailers fine, motor down. Transom/swim platform are extremely 'hefty'...no worries.
The Yamaha 300 idles down to 600rpm and maintains 3mph fine, with occasional 'rev' if starts to feel a bit rough maybe? Factory RT anchor works here in Chesapeake Bay in most depths (sandy/mud bottoms).
