Ignition not activating (on) to start the D3 200

On my 2013 R27 I have 13+ volts on both engine bank and house bank, plugged to shore power and the ignition light does not turn green as it always has therefore not able to start the engine. Engine, house & Thruster switches are ON.
Any suggestions are welcome.

I’d suggest to check your shift lever to see if it is in the neutral position.

Thanks Jim, I did check that and also wiggled it while pressing the ignition button and still no luck.

It must be activated by the Fob to turn the green light on and the EVC panel.

I found the solution. I turned all battery switches (engine, house, thrusters & parallel)Off for 30+ seconds then turned all ON but the parallel switch and the ignition light came on and the engine started. I think it is comparable to rebooting a computer.
Hope this helps others in the future.
