I need to install an overboard holding tank pump out for our 2013 R25 SC and was wondering if someone who has a factory installed unit could tell me, ideally with photos, where the y-valve & pump are mounted and where the overboard seacock is installed. I could come up with my own design but figure thought has already been put into the factory installation and would like to follow that plan if it's possible. The manual seemed to show the outlet seacock on the port hull side under the batteries which doesn't make much sense to me. Thanks for any recommendations.

I have a 2015 R25sc. Along with the macerator and y-valve to allow for overboard and conventional pump-out (really "suck out"), it came with the option to pump out to an RV station. On the attached photo, the macerator is the pump on the lower right, (The other pump is the wash-down pump). The y-valve on the lower left selects the macerator or the "suck-out" hose, the large white hose. That y-valve is set for the "suck-out" option. The y-valve on the hose coming out of the top of the macerator selects the overboard discharge (hose to the right) or the RV pump-out (hose to the left). It is currently set for overboard. For the RV pump-out, the hose is 3-feet long with a quick-connect that goes to a 15-foot hose to get the goodies to the RV receptacle. It is great system with a lot of versatility. The upper y-valve is usually padlocked into the RV selection and the lower y-valve is usually padlocked into the "suck-out" option. At the time of this photo, the boat was new and the holding tank was still unused.

Thank you, that's a great setup. Where is the overboard thru-hull? Never enjoy putting another hole in my boat, so I want to make sure I get that location right.

I'm not sure what you have in mind for an "overboard holding tank pump out", but I recently moved the macerator pump to a vertical position so that it doesn't sit at the lowest point in the system.
I don't have (or need) the additional RV pump out option.
The overboard discharge is above the battery bank, as far forward as it could go, keeping it out of the way.

Raw water pump left. Macerator to the right. Y-valve is zip tied to pump out.

Boat is 2011, R27.
The overboard discharge is well above the waterline.

Thank you. I'm a little surprised the overboard discharge is above the waterline. That was the impression I got from the manual but didn't believe it. That's a little 'unconventional'. They're normally below the waterline to prevent the mess and smell when pumping overboard, but maybe it's not as much of a problem as I imagine.
It would enable me to install a through hull instead of a seacock, but that seems the only advantage.

Oveboard discharge is indicated by the arrow.
The larger one, to the left is my generator exhaust.

It's above the waterline but not high enough to make a mess, and it gets washed as you're moving through the water anyway.

Mine is the same as the above photo except I have no generator.
