We are excited to announce the launch of the "Connie Marie" -- a proud blue and white 2012 R27!

Based on Salt Spring in the beautiful BC Gulf Islands, we understand that the local fleet is again up to four (do we as yet qualify for being an armada?) and we have enjoyed driving or cruising by a number of other tugs during our adventures to bring her home. Do feel welcome to say hello (Traveler, we crossed paths in Sidney on Saturday).

Regretfully, we will not be in town during the gathering in Ganges Marina that is planned to kick off the 2012 Desolation Sound run -- on account of a wedding in the family. We will miss everyone; please feel welcome to drop a note with your contact in the cockpit if you walk by at the marina. We are considering the September gathering in Washington, so if you're in the region and are likewise considering attending the same event drop us a line.

Cheers!
Todd, Connie, and Xavier of the "Connie Marie"

Congratulations and welcome. Hope you can make the PNW Rendezvous in Bremerton.

Cheers,

Bruce & Vicki

Ditto

I am sure we will meet soon, welcome.

Congratulations !!

Welcome aboard!

Hopefully our paths will cross in the Gulf islands this summer; I imagine there will be Tugnuts roaming around all summer in your area!

Glad you stopped by last night to visit our little group at Ganges Marina. We took a few pictures of your beautiful new boat on our way in yesterday. If you would like to have the originals, please send me an email and we will send them to you. Look forward to visiting with you in Bremerton.

It was great to see the other tugs in our marina! We are so disappointed we will miss the desolation sound rendezvous this year, but we will try for the PNW Rendevous in Sept! You took a great shot of our boat - and of our good "side" to boot! We only have the name on the one side until we take her for the 50hr service. I'll mail you separately for copies.

We are happy to announce that we have "upgraded" the Connie Marie to a new R31 Sedan. Our green beauty is coming home to Ganges Marina on Salt Spring Island tomorrow! We are glad to bring her home and get out on the water! posting.php?mode=reply&f=2&t=2697#

It's been a bit of a wrangle trying to get her commissioned but we finally are (almost) there. Still waiting on some of the final sale items to be sent to us from Port BoatHouse - they sure must be busy this year!

We hope to attend part of the Desolation Sound run again this year - trying to come to Comox at the very least.

Happy and safe boating and fishing everyone! If you are in the PNW and stop by Salt Spring send us a message and we'll try to meet up with you.

The Brett Family
