Hi all

Ian here. As of 1:30 EST I became a proud owner of a 2017 R27! Hunter Green and destined for somewhere on Cape Cod (Cataumet, Pocasset, or Onset). Can't wait!! Been messing around in boats for the last 36 years - dinghy racing, yacht racing, some big boat stuff (on a British Steel 67' one design), sailing instructor, bare boat -- but this is a whole new World.

Not sure where to start. Boat is currently still in the factory but will head over to the East Coast in the next week or so, I suspect. Hopefully Punxsutawney Phil will not see his shadow next month and we can launch early. Very excited for the boat to arrive and to be a part of the group. I was probably the buyer from hell (and for that I apologize!) but working with Winter Island up in Salem and the factory has been awesome. Also working with Bob at Anchor Marine on insurance was fantastic.

She will go by the name of "Into the Mystic."

😀

Welcome aboard

Welcome aboard Ian. Great to see another Ranger Tug here in the NE, I'm sure you will enjoy the boat.
Maybe we will see you at the NE Rendezvous.

Welcome to the Ranger Tug family Ian. As you get to know your new R27 Tugnuts you'll find Tugnut members are a great source for asking questions or sharing ideas.

Awesome. "Into the Mystic" - we had two Tugs named "Moondance" - another nod to Van. Have a great time taking her there.

Cheers,

Bruce
