Inverter Problem

I have a 2013 27 ft with the factory inverter , 3000 watt and have not really tried to use it till yesterday ( since i have a generator also ) with full batteries i turn on the the switch and i get only 75 % of the green bars lit . When i turn on the panel , i show only 75-80 volts . We would only use it for coffee in the microwave , but i don't want to kill the microwave . Where should i start looking for the problem ? I will be on the hook , out of wifi range for 4 days , but will check in then . Thanks in advance .

Be sure to turn off your battery charger switch before using your inverter.

75 to 80 volts is normal without a load on ours. When the microwave is started it jumps up to 110v or so.
