We made it to Seattle with friends this last weekend, and took in the boat show. We met several members of the Ranger Tug team that I've read about here (Dave, Jeff, Kenny) and a few others (Ryah and Captain Mac). And we had a chance to explore all the Ranger Tug models, crawling in, under, around and through. They were as wonderful as we expected, and each model had its own special charm. Many tugnut owners were around both times we were there, and the sense of community among everyone is tangible. It made for a great introduction to the boats themselves, as well as to the staff and the world of the tugnuts. Seeing the tugs in person and asking questions of Kenny and others made me appreciate anew how much I have learned and gained from the threads on this forum. I went in knowing so much more than I could have otherwise, and able to learn so much more as a result.

We now know we want a Ranger Tug. When it happens, it likely will be a 27. There are lots of moving pieces -- we don't know when they will all fall in place. But I do know that, before then, and long after, this forum is gold mine of experience, insight, and good will.

Seems like a good time to say to everyone here -- THANKS.

Gini you are spot on regarding your comments about the Ranger Tug management and this forum. We belong to several other boating forums and none even come close to how supportive and welcome the Tugnut family is, has been and I'm sure will be into the future. I heard something a long time ago that goes like this "the pace of the leaders is the pace of the pack" and as this relates to our boating family our leaders at Ranger Tugs are the best. The positive vibe we all feel and experience from the factory and each other (in person, at rendezvous or on this forum) lets us all feed off of each other, making us the cohesive group we are with the ultimate goal of great boating and camaraderie.
