Our Ranger Tug 25 hits the water today! So excited for our adventures in this sweet little boat. This will be first time we have piloted her or even been on the water with this boat, so it could be a challenge docking, as we have to back into our slip parallel to a fixed dock. We will be practicing out in the river before we make it to the marina. It seems like it may be challenging just in the fact that the head blocks the view of the aft (we purchased a backup camera but haven't had a chance to install it yet).
Any suggestions/tips for a smooth landing? We are used to this situation in our '85 Albin 27 (we would usually just cut the engine and walk her in), but have never used thrusters.
