Good Morning TugNuts,
We are a month "out" or "away" from the 5th annual Bellingham C-Brat Gathering. We would love to have more Ranger Tugs show up especially since we are the proud owner of a Ranger Tug. One year we had 4 tugs at the dock. We have reserved 'P' Dock which is 570 feet long. You WILL NOT need to call for reservations.
Moorage is 75 cents a foot. The launch fee is $5.00 if you decide to trailer up to Squalicum Harbor. This $5.00 also includes five days of free parking. Extended parking requires a sign-in at the port office.
The gathering starts at 1pm on Friday July 16. There's 3 good restaurants nearby so we usually eat out on Friday night and later visit on the dock till late into the evening. Saturday is a good day to wander around Bellingham as the potluck at @5pm on P Dock is the only thing we've planned for that day. Another good time to visit with old friends and meet some new folks, too. Sunday morning is breakfast at the Bayside Cafe or on your boat---your choice.
Sometimes we have to raft up so bring a spare fender (or two). At 1pm on Sunday the dock belongs to the port again.
Boatless is okay, too. The entrance to P Dock is through Gate 9 just off of Roeder Avenue. PMail me for the gate code.
Thanks much,
Ruth and Joe
