Kathy's Burgees now has a banner at the bottom of the Tugnuts Home Page that was developed by Bruce Moore. I would like to thank Bruce for helping me develop my website, he did a wonderful job.

If you click on the banner it will go to my new website, with some of the pictures of my burgees, if you would like to see more pictures you can go to our album under Salish Rover.

I would like to thank everyone who has purchased a burgee from me, it has been a pleasure talking (emailing) and meeting you all.

Kathy,
Your Burgees are the best.

Kathy: I don't recall if I bought my burgee from you or from Capt. Mac's wife. I find the one I have has faded quite badly over past 2-3 years. Mind you, it's on display, flying all the time. 😉

What's your advice to avoid burgee fading beyond buying a new burgee every 3 years. 😱

BTW... I do not see your banner on the TugNut's home page at http://www.tugnuts.com. See my post at http://www.tugnuts.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5676

Kathy: FYI... The Advertisements will not display if the forum member has any Ad Blocking extension(s) enabled in their browser. Walldog alerted me to this aspect so credit is due there and not to me.... 🙂

Thank you Barry for your question. Based on todays technology in fabrics, the best protection from fading by UV rays is to use an appropriate cover for your burgee, or take it down when not in use.
