I'm installing a 9.9 kicker on my 2020 Ranger Tug R-23. I noted on another thread the option of tapping into the main fuel tank through the water seperator. But I note that at the engine there is a T-connecror (for lack of a better term it's actually more like an H) with one end capped. Can a kicker fuel line be attached tro that with other modifications (e.g. separate bulb)?

When we have installed kickers, they have had their own fuel lines. You can also feed off the fuel filter, but I wouldn’t feed off your main engine’s fuel line.

Ok, Thanks. It looked too good to be true. But if I can ask another question. If I feed i off the fuel filter, can I feed the kicker line through the enclosed section where the engine lines go through, with maybe another opening? Someone posted a photo of their kicker line with an new opening in the transom.
