Kicker Motord

I recently purchased a 2018 R27 OB. The kicker motor is in need of service. I need to remove the kicker motor and have it serviced. Has anyone reoved there kicker motor with the electrical/hydraulic lift?

I have questions of what I need to unbolt to remove the kicker motor. I
Need to do this while the boat is in the water as I don’t have a trailer or a lift handy to take the boat out of the water.
