I thought I'd seen everything with the inverter but have a new issue. The inverter will not reset using the GFI reset buttons. I do not have AC panel 1, however, I have AC panel 2 working and the inverter is charging my batteries. There are no Fault codes showing on the inverter screen. I have two green lights for power going into the AC panel however, as mentioned, the VU meter on AC main 1 reads zero. Fuses seem to be OK and hopefully someone has seen this before.

I was hoping someone had an answer for you as I too have similar issue that just started this summer. When I plug into either shore power or test on generator i no longer get a bulk charging on display, just voltage and eventually it will show full. Power VU will show solid 125 on ac2 but nothing on ac1. Ac1 will bounce a bit and I have green at all circuits except the three outlet circuits. Eventually after about an hour I might get a solid 125 on meter for ac2. I physically talked to a Fluid Motion customer rep, and it was way out of his knowledge base and little help. Next will try and see if I can talk to a Kisae customer rep but shopping for a new charger invertor now. I know the Victron Multi plus II would be the logical upgrade but unsure if it connects the same. A replacement Kisae invertor is half the price. Mine is a 2019 R29. If I can get 6 years out of a 500.00 replacement, instead of 1000.00 for something that does the same thing but better, I am thinking I would just do a simple replacement.

A Multiplus is a plug and play swap. Should only take a few hours to remove and install it. Connect 3 AC wires and 2 DC wires. The only trouble might come if the orientation is different and you need longer wires, I didn’t on my R31.

If you actively use the GFCI plug (say for a heater in the bilge) sadly the Victron doesn’t have one, I installed my own additional outlet that only runs off shore power as a replacement.

Mine started doing the same thing today. Anyone come up with a solution? Is the inverter bad?

My problem was solved by a simple push of the black reset button on the Kisae. The cause was that I plugged in a spray washer that was defective and that caused an overload, generally, a good thing.

You can get Kisae support from Ricardo, who is excellent and will sell you a replacement, if needed, at a much lower price. Here are his details:
