Kisae charger

We are purchasing a Cutwater 242 SC and the Kisae charger does not work. Our dealer (G WInter in NJ) has spent more than ten days trying to get a new charger and the people at Kisae have not been responsive. We still do not have a new charger. Help, pls.

I purchased and installed a Kisae 2 years ago. I had a question about the install and called Kisae direct. I left a message and with in 30 minutes Ricardo called me back. He was very helpful, he told me if I had any issues call him for assistance. I still have his information in my contacts. If he still works there he may be able to assist you.
