lake champlain / summer 2010

have noticed that a number of tugnuts have visited lake champlain. we have our r-25 in a slip at the shelburne shipyard ( vermont side of the lake ) we ve been all over the lake plus trips to nyc, montreal and quebec. if anyone wants unbiased info on lake champlain, feel free to ask. and thanks for all the good info on portable genrators. we went with the honda eu3000i handi . starr and debi

The majority seem to have favored the Honda 2000 ... Any particular reason you went with the larger and heavier unit?

the 3000 handi was introduced last summer and very lite and small for its power.check out the honda website.consumersearch.com also highlites it. also, it has inverter technology so running computers and tv not a problem.

We were up at Lake Champlain last summer! Sorry to have missed you then. We loved it. Such a beautiful place. We will be going back again over the next few years.
