I was told the shower fauset was cracked, thus the reason for the leak in the shower. The real reason is that the single cartridge in the shower fauset was not working, thereby causing the bathroom to always leak and cause the bathroom to be wet. A new cartridge is being purchased to hopefully have a clean dry bathroom. A plumber finally agreed to investigate this issue, as they rather not work on boats.
