Leaky Cockpit hatches and drains

I'm in a 2015 Ranger Tug R-25SC. I'm finding water (or wet stuff) in the bottom of my cockpit lockers.

My first step is going to be replacing the rubber seal on the hatches, but I've also noted water dripping from the cockpit drains into the lockers.

So a few questions, in no particular order:

1) Anyone have a recommendation for replacing the weatherstripping / rubber seal on the hatches? Fluid motion suggested a type of weatherstripping that is only available in 1/4 mile lengths. That's a little longer than I need.

2) Recommendation for a bedding compound to use to seal the white hatch drain pieces down to the hatch?

3) And I'm thinking I also need to replace some of the white plastic hatch drains, although I may be able to stop the leaking by replacing the hose clamps. Any suggestions on that?

4) If I'm totally off base or approaching this the wrong way I'm open to other suggestions.

Thanks very much!

I replaced my weather stripping with this just last month. Had a few feet extra on my R25 Classic. Seems to be working well. Used acetone to remove the old adhesive.

ive also noticed water can leak through the latch mechanism.
