Lenco used on 2023 R29CB trim tab

We have on trim tab that is not responding to the switch from either helm. Asher are starting to diagnose the issue, and since the fuses are hood , I wanted to ask what Lenco model were installed on the 29CB 2023

The model number I have on file is 18" x 12" Tabs with Offset Actuator (Part Number#: 12234-101).
