Has anyone succeeded in spacing straight bunks to lift an R-23? I Have tried the bunk spacing based on the factory drawings (which only give dimensions for one cross-section), and the curved hull and sharp chines cause the boat to slip vertically as the boat is raised, with accompanying loud crunching noises. Not ideal. I'm using 48 inch spacing for the lift bunks, measured from the inside edge of the bunk.

Hello and thank you for the question. We will have a look at the 23 when we arrive back on Monday and look to give you some ideas. Would you mind emailing me directly at andrewcustis@rangertugs.com so I make sure to follow up?

Thanks again,

Andrew Custis
