Hello Tugnuts,

I have a R29-CB and the toggle switch to my under-water lights no longer lights up when the switch is on. I am talking about the tiny bulb inside the toggle switch itself and not the under-water light themselves, which do turn on. Does anyone know the manufacturer of the switch and whether or not just the bulb can be replaced or if the whole switch needs to be replaced.

Any insight would be appreciated.

A commonly purchased replacement switch is a Carling Rocker switch. Before condemning the switch because the light does not work I would suggest removing it and making sure all connectors are connected properly and the connections are not corroded. The lighted switch requires a ground wire. The switch will work properly without a good ground. The ground wire is only needed for the switch light. I have seen issues with the ground wire connections and the light not working. If the ground is connected properly and is grounded properly then I would replace the switch.

Thank you Brian. I have pulled the switch and I will double check the ground connection.
