This being my first cutwater boat it’s a C 28 I’ve noticed that all the rubber gaskets around the small LED lights they use for brake lights and turn signals are deteriorated some of them completely gone does anybody know where i can get my hands on new gaskets for these lights.

This is a common problem.
The original gaskets apparently are not available, O Rings do the trick as posted in this previous post.

The O rings last two, maybe three years. Towards their end of life they will streak black down the hull. I do use my boat in saltwater, maybe freshwater is different. It's a good quick fix, use a thin probe to slide the O ring over the housing, it's a tight fit and keeps the water out. The measurement of the O ring is on the package so maybe some sleuthing will reveal a UV resistant O ring. The minimum order quantity is about $225.00 for the ones I found. Perhaps RT or CW would stock the UV rings?
