I am sure someone else has covered this but I am not finding it with anything I use to search.

The lithium batteries on my 2026 C248 are showing 0% on my epoch app. This is after some cold temps while I was out of town, but really only a few nights just below freezing.

I have the boat plugged in to shore power and there is no charge going to anything.

Is there a fuse I have to reset for the lithium batteries? I seem to remember that from the orientation I got.

Thanks!

For future reference:

If the battery management system (BMS) sees a charge less than around 10.8 V; the dealership suggested I briefly connect via jumper cables to the thruster or engine battery. I wanted to try with one of those jump starter packs before I did that and it worked great.

That worked for me. I keep a jump starter onboard.

If you're able to run the engine... you could also start the engine, then for a a brief moment, parallel the engine and house, to use the engine to jump the house bank voltage so the BMS allows charging. Be sure to un-parallel the engine and house though, quickly.

I’ve also heard this works.

Finally got to the boat. Started the motor and used the parallel switch momentarily for 3 about seconds. Worked as advertised. Thanks for the help
