Locating turbo charger

I have a 2008 R25 and my turbo went bad. I have not been able to locate a replacement. The engine is a cummins QSD 2.0L, 150 HP. The part # on the turbo is 35242129F. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

And SLOW DOWN. These small diesels are only rated to run continuously at 80 percent power. On the QSD the turbo appears to be the first point of failure.
