I am new to this email group and to the Ranger Tug 29. I am a powerboat instructor and we have a new 29 in our fleet. For the life of me I cannot locate the head intake. Please help. Thanks.

Owners of the R29 undoubtedly will be able to offer more help. But here is a link to the R29 manual. It may identify the location, and otherwise be a good general reference for your purposes. Good luck!

Mine takes it from the strainer for the engine, (there is an additional white hose that is for the head ) but a lot of them are freshwater and draw from the water tank
hope this helps

According to page 24 of the R-29 owners manual, it shows the marine head has "fresh water in". My guess is there is no sea cock for the head.

The head intake on my 2010 R 29 is at the sea strainer.

My R-21EC has a separate thru hull for the head. I don't have a R-29 so I looked in the manual. I suspect the manual was correct for some version of the R-29, I just don't know which. I guess SkipperJoeB will just have to use the old follow the hose trick. Sorry SkipperJoeB.
