Looking to hire someone knowledgeable and certified to help me with the operation of the thrusters on my 27 2016 Ranger inboard diesel. My boat is in Freeport, Nassau county. Thank you

It is pretty simple to operate. Press both on buttons. Move joy stick to desired direction. Do not use thruster for long duration. Do not change directions quickly. Do not use thrusters if boat is bouncing in and out of water. Thruster useless in high wind or current.

They are pretty straightforward as long as you follow all the advice from knotflying. All very important points!
I’d add three more points.
Don’t use if the boats moving at more than a knot or two. You don’t want air sucked into the thruster tunnels when they are spinning.
The bow thruster is more effective than the stern thruster.
The thrusters time themselves off after a few minutes. The timer isn’t adjustable. So if you’re doing complex maneuvers over a few minutes time, don’t be unprepared if they time out and you have to turn them back on.

PS: Obvious, but clear the area of debris when at the dock so nothing solid gets sucked into the tunnel.
