Loose Bow Rail

I had a mishap that slightly bent the port bow rail on my 2014 C-28. The aft two rail mounts were loosened by the blow. No other damage. A shop said the bend is minor and easy to straighten however, tightening the aft two mounts may be a different story. The aft two rail mounts are just slightly "loose", not pulled out of the fiberglass. Is there a way to access the two aft port side bow rail mounting hardware beneath the deck?

You can access the port bow rail bolts thru the v-berth area. The aft bolt is located in the breakfast nook area and the one fwd. of that is accessible by removing the lower ceiling panel along the gunnel line.
