Made some New R-23 interior and exterior mats

I wanted a more comfortable, durable, and appealing mat for both inside and outside.

Decided to figure it all out and have some made!

This is made from a material called chilewich that is designed for outdoors with a rubber backing. You can pressure wash it and generally abuse it pretty well.
Created the interior and exterior templates and had them produced.

They arent cheap, but man they look good.
I still have to install snaps on the lazarette sections. wanted to go get lunch

We have been using these in and outside of vans for half a decade and absolutely love them. feels so much better on the feet, and I don't slide around as much in general.

These look great, if I wanted to do something similar where did you get them? How much do they cost? I already have Raptor Decking on the exterior, but the interior option looks nice, how much would it cost for just interior

Agreed. But if you compare to the foam it's almost the same price for something that is much easier to care for. That's what drew me to it. And my years of using it already!
