Hi all. I am a new Cutwater 30 owner and relatively new boater. Does anyone have any maintenance schedules they would share for their boats? I am thinking there must be schedules or recommendations for maintenance of the engine and other systems without plowing through the manuals of each system??

Thanks.

The engine is the most important and should have a schedule in the manual. The rest is a matter of constant observation and addressing things that look suspect. I always check electrical connections for corrosion and hoses for wear and clamp tightness. Look for leaks on a regular basis and loose screws. If you have a trailer there are things like checking bolts, tires (tire pressure every day when towing on a trip), brake, bearings and backup battery annually. Check bilge pumps at least once a week when in the water. Check fluids regularly. I am sure others will chime in with more, but these are some of the basics.
