Maintenance Timing

For those who pull their boat out of the water from October to April, when do you do your PM- October or just before putting back in April, does it matter?

It really doesn’t matter. Personally I choose to do it in the fall. The sooner I find the problems the more time I have to address them before spring. No rushing. I also just can relax more knowing it is all done and ready to go. I also find spring is much busier around the house with other things to do. We store the boat in our garage so it doesn’t see much weather over the winter. Regarding cleaning and detailing if it were stored outside I might choose to do a basic clean before winterizing and then do the fine detailing in the spring.
