Majestic TV picture is pulsing

My TV picture has a slight pulsing on all channels after checking the ROKU and cable connections. I use the same streaming service on the marina clubhouse TV and that TV does not pulsate. Is my TV on it's last days?
 
Found the solution, my battery charger somehow was closed so low battery caused the pulsing and darker screen.
