Majestic TV Sound Skipping in Forward Stateroom

Greetings, we recently got the latest edition of the Majestic LCD 22" TV to replace one we had significant problems with. The issue is the sound when watching TV has a regular skip/interference which does not present itself in the main salon's TV. It also does not skip (audio) when watching movies down below.

Does this indicate an issue with the antenna connection to this TV only or would it indicate an issue with the TV, specifically when in TV mode (as evidenced by the lack of an issue when watching a DVD)?

Any input is much appreciated.

I had that problem (2015 R27) and replacing the 12v power cord with one that had an in line rectifier solved it (actually spliced one in rather than replacing it due to access issues). As a test, Majestic had use me with the 120v power cord w/transformer that was provided with the unit. Running it that way eliminated the sound cutting on and off. Based on that, they suggested (and provided) the rectifier which worked.
