Mast cable hose came detached?

The picture is not that clear but it appears to be the protective sheathing that pulled away. Your cables are going through the clamshell rubber and this sheathing just protects the cables from getting nicked. On my boat, I ran new cables and protected them with this sheathing. I tied the sheathing off with zip ties. You might also add some electrical tape.
