Hello Travis,
Have you tried pressing the next or set button on the unit? I haven't seen these unit go completely blank but I have seen the old Morning Star units go blank. To fix those you just had to disconnect the cord behind the unit, wait a few seconds then plug it back in.
Give me a call if you can't get it up and running and we can troubleshoot over the phone.

if blank it might not have power?
my unit went bad where buttons just didnt do certain functions anymore. I swapped out the panel and all was resolved .
