Microwave oven not unlocking.

The Zest microwave oven on our 2025 R29 CB will not unlock after cooking. All troubleshooting points to a faulty board. Is there a fix I'm missing? Thanks.

There is a button on the microwave that keeps the door locked after it finishes running. You’ll need to press that button to unlock the door.

Button Button who's got the button? I've done all the button pushing I can do. What "Button" are you referring to? There is no button labeled "door lock". If I send a picture of the front of the microwave, will you tell me what button to push please? Thanks.
