Mixing engine oil brands

I'm due for an oil change for my D6 Volvo penta engine. I've acquired a "collection" of 15-40 motor oils. Is it OK to mix Volvo, Delo and/or Shell Rotella brands as long as they're all approved oils for my engine.
Conflicting answers on the internet regarding diesel car engines; most say it's OK

As long as the API letters and oil weight is the same, you are good to go. If the API letters are higher than specified that is okay as well.

Knotflying is correct. Mixing same weights and API classification is fine.
