We have a moorage available in Lake Union at Roanoke Reef. The slip can handle up to 38' . It is secured and there are live-a-boards who keep an eye on the boats that are moored there. We are including swap agreements for Skyline Marina in Anacortes (maximum 34" overall length) on agreed upon dates. The moorage is close to shopping, great restaurants and the best wine store in Seattle (which David and Maureen can attest to). The moorage is $325.00 a month which includes $25.00 applied to power. If you are interested, please let me know, (360) 293-0003 or (206) 932-2450. If you desire you can stay on your boat (please talk to me about this).

If you would to buy, let me know.

Wine store????? I would call Pete's wine heaven! It calls itself a grocery store.... yeah, one aisle of grocery's, four aisles of wine!

And the slip Bob is offering up is a great location! It looks right into downtown Seattle from the north end of Lake Union. Maureen and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend the night in one of the slips in the marina last winter. We sat inside Karma's cozy cabin enjoying the view of the lights of Seattle with Lyman and Janeane over a bottle of wine (what else?).

The following morning we woke to watch the sun cast the first lights of a new day on the city while the crew teams practiced on the lake. Yes indeed, an incredible location!

If you go to our website, Rangertug25-Solitude.com , click on the "Weekend Cruising 2010" page, scroll to the bottom you will find pictures of Seattle from Bob and Nita's slip. (The header picture is one of them) The pictures of Karma part way in a slip (thats as far as she would go), is at Nickerson Marina.

The slip is rented. We had three calls this weekend all wanting it. Thanks for all who were interested.
Bob
