We have moorage in Lake Union Available for the winter at Roanoake Reef (a secured and guarded location) we are asking $325.00/month which includes up to $25.00/mo electricity. If you are interested, please contact me at (360) 293-0003.

Something I should have mentioned is that when Nita and I are out or decide to go South, a moorage swap is available for our slip in Skyline (Anacortes) for no additional fee.

One more clarification if you don't mind. We are looking for long term renters, and I am sure, they will be very pleased with the facilities a Roanoake Reef. The fire works for the 4th require you to look up and the opening day ceremonies are only a shot distance away. The offer at Skyline is also long term. The Roanoake reef moorage is capable of a 38' boat but the Skyline moorage is limited to 32' .
