My Northward travels with Gentle Lady

Im at Big Rapids MI. North of Grand Rapids. I made a stop in Three Rivers area to look at some diving equipment. Instead of using tanks its a Hooka type system. A pump sends air through a hose to the diver who has a regulator to breath through. Lot cheaper than filling tanks but does limit range and depth. Think I will wait till Im home in warmer Chesapeake bay waters to try it heh heh.
The Ranger 21 tows like a champ. I am totally pleased with the balance etc. Now if my truck got better MPG it would be nice. Lots of comments on the boat at gas stops.
Tomorrow I will be in Cedarville MI where I will launch from. Hoping to play around with the side scan sonar and find treasure so I can afford gas to get home. :?

Dave saw you passing through Grand Rapids this afternoon. Tried to get your attention but you were savoring the ride! Mighty nice looking Gentle Lady! Let's get together on your return trip. Maybe we can tug together in Grand Haven or Muskegon! We know of another brand new R21-EC owner in the Grand Rapids area. Wouldn't that be awesome to have 3 R21's tugging together in Michigan!

Yes, he was! He was blowing his horn but you kept driving! He couldn't believe he was seeing a Ranger Tug trucking through town! So glad you posted on Tugnuts!

Had a fantastic day yesterday touring the Les Cheneaux Islands. I put in at Cedarville MI. Amazing scenery. Gentle Lady did a wonderful job just sipping fuel. Love this boat heh heh
