Need oil filter

I have a 2009 Cummins QSD and no one in Charleston SC has an oil filter and can not find one for this engine.
The spare parts that came with the vessel had one Quicksilver element that someone had written on it "oil filter" and p/n 35-879312041 is printed on the box, but it seems to be slightly to long for the housing.
Does anyone know where I can get a new filter?
 
Call Tony Athens at Seaboard Marine in Oxnard CA. 805-382-6287 they are a Cummins distributor and have excellent parts knowledge and depth of inventory.
