Hi, I am trying to buy a trailer online to fit a 2009 21ec. If any owners know the height from the top of the rear crossmember to the top of the rear bunks, much appreciated, it will give me a guide line so I can buy a trailer that I can raise enough to clear keel and get her out here, then I can properly adjust for permanent fit. If possible the same measurement on the forward end of the main bunk, I am not worried about the centering bunks. 8-10 weeks to build a new one so hoping to retrofit a used tandem axle trailer. Thanks text/call 250-812-1275

bhp, it kinda depends on how far apart the bunks are (where they meet the curvature of the hull). Very roughly, my bunks are about 36" o.c. and end approximately 18" ahead of where the prop shaft exits the keel. The crossmember at that point has about 14" clearance to the top of the bunks. If you have a crossmember further back at the rudder pivot, about 2" additional clearance is needed. If the forward crossmembers/axle are no higher than the aforementioned rear crossmember, there will be plenty of keel clearance forward, assuming the bunks run approximately parallel to the trailer rails (vertically) and each other.

On my single axle ez loader trailer the bunks are approximately 36" O.C. as well. The crossmembers are "drop or V-type". The bunk at the rear location in about 10" above the cross member, the middle one around 9" and the front one is about 13-1/2". The keel sits above the cross members roughly 2",,,,6" and 8" back to front. If you need more specific/accurate measurement or photos let me know and I'll do my best to help.

Thanks for the all the help with measurements, and photos from Bob. That should give me a good starting point, I will make sure I buy a trailer that will be able to adjust to those parameters.

I see that you are in Sooke. I live in Langford so if you need to take some further measurements yourself just let me know or PM me and I'll give you my address.
