Hi all, and Happy New Year. My name is Frank Ferraro and I work with Nautical Ventures, the newest dealer member of the Ranger family. We have three dealerships located in Sunny South Florida and I am their Marketing Director. I've signed on to the TUGNUTS forum to learn more about this group and get into the mind of what makes a Tugnut a TUGNUT. 😀

Full disclosure, I've been a boater and waterman my whole life, surfing, boating, fishing and diving the east coast of Florida since the early sixties. I currently own a 25-foot center console fish boat w/ twin Merc's on the back - so that's my level of personal boating use these days. But my wife's dream is to retire on a trawler and do the Great Loop, so perhaps a R-31 CB is in my future?

If and when any TUGNUTS are cruising the South Florida waterways, please stop by and say hi. Two of our dealerships are on the water and our North Palm location has a fuel dock. Just wondering if all your locations are factory authorized for Volvo diesel service?

Hi Scuffy. Only our North Palm and Dania Beach waterfront locations are authorized for Volvo GAS engine service. We are currently working on our Volvo Diesel certification. We are an authorized Yanmar Diesel service center at those two locations. (Our Riviera Beach store only services outboard motors.) Hope this helps. - Frank
