New Owner of 2014 R-29

Hello,

I just purchased a 2014 Ranger Tug R-29 from Marc at Wefing's Marine. I cannot thank Marc for all his work and help in making this purchase go very smoothly. It is always difficult to purchase a boat from a long distance. I am in the process of relocating from Kentucky to Florida and Marc and his team made this purchase very easy. They took care of everything and helped me move the boat from Eastpoint, FL to the Port St. Joe marina. I gives me great peace of mind to have a dealer that you can count on to provide excellent service and advice.

I look forward to being a part of this forum and hope it will help me keep my Ranger Tug in top shape.

Is yours a "Classic" Ranger 29, with the door on the starboard side? I am looking to purchase a classic Ranger 29 in about two years and understand that 2014 was the last year during which the Classic Ranger 29 was built.

Welcome.. As Jim mentioned go to the rendezvous. It is a great way to meet other like minded people and get lots of insight into your new boat. Having a great purchase experience makes it all that much better. They are great boats and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Yes, the my 2014 does have the door next to the helm. It was one of reasons I purchased this boat. I like having quick access to the bow area of the boat.
