New owner of ranger 29

Well hello to all. Just pick up my new odl ranger 29 to day. It's only 2 years old from Fl.the trailer is new it's been in side the hole time. The boat lived on rams out of water over water cover up fully. No rust or wood rot. So now put it up to any and going to run up the river to Canada. One thing not working is fuel gage and water gage heat the is. So how can I fix it before leaving on this long trip up river? Any help ...p.s. I have ohm out the wires form panel an has power coming to Gage's .but dead in the face of fuel and water gage. Found so Gage's but they to not reading ... Any way help if you can....p.s. Will all ranger Monday for help to.. Thks all looking to meet up with some of you on this run up and back down.....

Depending on how much the boat was used, it could be schmutz (as they say in Brooklyn). Maybe just clean off all the connections and re-attach them. Sometimes you get lucky and that works. Good luck.

Well ranger sent new Gage's and all is good. Sent them the old ones. The new ones from a diff company and sealed better. Well in ny, now raining good boat in water and had a few thing go wrong but again call ranger , and got a fix. Hard roads do bad things to boat. Not know what to do when back on trl. Then back,in water . Ok will post where and when we leave on our trip... Thks hope to see some of you on the river or lakes soon. Boats name is SpaceTrucker. In big red and yellow words. Also on my radio listing for any one call out for me.
