New owners of 2016 29S. Have a few “technical” questions. We have several of these round white plastic items with holes in them. What are they?

Where does the bolt attached to the galley drain plug chain go?

Does anyone have a comprehensive specific parts list for anodes for Volvo D4 260, NexGen generator and thrusters.

Also is there a download manual for the D4 260 engine.

The round things with the holes are removed from the deck drains, helps them from clogging up. I'm still looking for a place to attach the sink plug. Can't help you with the engine.
There are owner manuals posted on Tugnuts which might give you some insight.

As stated many owners took the screen out to eliminate the screens from plugging and then reducing deck drainage. If the screens are removed it is a good practice to flush them out periodically. I didn't remove mine so it is a regular task to clean the screens.

We took some plastic pipe hanger brackets and wrapped them around the stainless steel rail behind the sink, then attached the sink drain chain bolts to them.
You could also drill a hole in the countertop or shelf behind the sink and install the bolt there, adding some silicone caulk to make it water tight.
