Before delivery ask the dealer for the completed PDI (Pre delivery Check sheet) Fully completed by the Factory and the Dealer demonstrating that all systems have been checked and in full working condition. Have the dealer delivering the boat to you go over each component listed in the check sheet and demonstrate it works, explain its function. Make sure that during commissioning the technician has checked the box that it was inspected and worked. When you are shown the item and witnessed it is installed properly ,drains properly, operates properly ...... initial it. Any items that are questionable or not working to your satisfaction have the dealer make notes and document the work that needs to be done. Confirm with the dealer and Fluid Motion that items that are questionable or not functioning properly are repaired before taking full possession. Hopefully the factory and dealer did the full inspection and filled the check sheet out and made all repairs needed before your delivery date and there are no discrepancies at delivery so possession will take place.
