New owners

Hello. This is our first post to Tugnuts. We’ve owned our 2013 R-27 for less than 24 hours. During that time we got to learn how the AC works, slept on board, took her out for a morning ride on Lake Texoma and then loaded her on a trailer.
We’re now driving south on I-45, having already passed through downtown Dallas. Houston is next and then she will be in her new home on Galveston Bay.
We have enjoyed and learned many things from the posts here and look forward to contributing more as we have experiences of our own to share.

She is currently beside our house on her trailer, but we will be getting a slip at one of the marinas in Clear Lake soon.

We lived aboard a sailboat in Waterford Harbor when it was brand new. Back before all the waterfront homes etc. Rode out a hurricane there. Would advise against that :?
