Hi everyone!

I'm surprised no one on tugnuts posted about it yet but we launched the new RangerTugs.com website last week. There are a couple great new features on the site. Build-a-Boat: when looking at an individual boat model page you have the ability to custom configure any of our boats with the hull color and options that you would like. There is also a Blog with stories and photos from some of 2015's factory events.

There are also new photos of some of the models as well as a page for the new R-29 CB! Take a look!

Thanks,

Sam

PS- We're working on the new CutwaterBoats.com as I write this 😉

Hey, I posted about the new site. Only problem was I criticized the description of the R-21EC as being quite outdated. Sorry. 😳 Yes, overall, the new site is very well done! Hoping the new Cutwater site has one of those nice virtual tours of the 24.

Thanks for the feedback. The GOOD news is that I have a handful of new virtual tours, several model "walk-through" videos, and even a couple DIY videos shot and in process right now. More new content is coming soon!

First time in the 21EC took me right to the video and not the details page. Seems to be choppy with screen changes on an iPad. Just my experience. I like the updated look. As mentioned before the overall length on trailer is 30 feet 3 inches for the 21EC. Looked again and performance is slow in an iPad. All models jump to the virtual tour and not the detail page. Please check function on an iPad with Chrome browser. Safari browser seems to work as designed. Although on both there is a long delay once the model button is selected.

Good catch and thank you for the feedback and details! The developers will work on it today.

The new site seems well thought out. It would be nice to have the discontinued models included. Not all models have pics of the boats below waterline hull and running gear; which I think important.

The new "Build-a-Boat" section is a neat enhancement but I can no longer find any detailed description of standard features or equipment. Am I missing something here or is that information no longer part of the information being provided for each model on the site?

Very nice indeed.

I did view the new site a few days ago.

I see that the R-21EC length on trailer is now 30'-3"

Yes, when selecting the "Models" or the "Multimedia" links I find they have to be selected twice to get the link up and running. This is when using my wife's Apple iPad Pro and Safari.

The videos play nicely and are smooth on the iPad for me.

I pimped out the R-21EC "Build Your Boat" and arrived at some $68,597.00  I did the same thing for the R-31 CB and arrived at $370,897.00

Well done.

The new site looks awesome thanks for creating it 🙂 but will it available on the Australian site in the future?

Thanks for the feedback, we're still tweaking on the site so it's helpful.

R Baker - I have the info on the original models and am going to put up a "Past Models" soon.

RMSVet - The same info that was on the old site should be on the new site. You can still download the spec sheet pdf for each model also.

Baz - I forwarded your comment to the developers to check on.

Aussie - I don't know why the site doesn't work in Australia. I'll look into it and see what I can find out.

Thanks all!

Sam

The new website looks great!
It needs more photos of the Ranger Tug Models at the bottom of each page. They are great boats, and having hundreds of photos of the models would be a big plus to the sales effort!
