Here's an idea for the factory. It would be nice to have a monthly or quarterly newsletter for the current and future owners. You could highlight upcoming models, spotlight a few new owners taking delivery, trips that owners have done and are planning to do, and a simple DIY for those of us that do our own work. Lastly, you could have a parts or accessory special in each newsletter. I see other builders (Kadey-Krogen, Nordhavn, Selene) all do this to keep their owners in the loop. Yes, we are of the same status as those guys, just a little smaller!

Hello Tim and Donna,

A great idea indeed and certainly something to keep an eye out for. To give you a little insider information, we hired a full time communications director just for this type of thing. DIY videos, video manuals, updated website, literature and so much more. We are all excited to have Sam as part of our team and look forward to many new and exciting things he is going to bring to Ranger Tugs and Cutwater Boats.

Great idea, and thanks for the introduction Andrew. I really appreciate hearing things like this, and that's exactly why I'm here. We're working on several exciting programs that you'll see launching over the next few months. The first of which, being the DIY video series that we debuted a couple weeks ago. We just published the second episode in that series this evening and are in production of the third as we speak. A newsletter is in the works as well as a new website and a really fun, second video series featuring Ranger owners themselves! I don't want to give too much away but I do want to assure you that we are hard at work creating some really fun, informative, content that we are confident everyone will enjoy.
