No AC2

No shore power on Ac2, swap shore cables around, AC1 power ok , no AC2.
What might I look at?
 
Also when I test the AC2 main breaker , it doesn’t trip, the AC1 does.
 
Check your Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) for AC2.
 
Thanks for the info, where is ELCI located?
 
ELCI is required to be located as close to the shore power inlet as possible. Look in that area.
